What’s new · MAIA Plus 1.1.0

Less repetitive work.
More control.

Work more comfortably with tickets, company knowledge and automation. This release makes processes easier to design and their results easier to understand.

WorkflowsKnowledge and ticketsControl over AI

Your everyday work, made simpler

  • Find answers faster. Search for relevant tickets and use suggestions grounded in past cases and company knowledge.
  • See the bigger picture. Incident Radar helps you spot related tickets and signs of wider problems.
  • Stay in control of AI. Permissions, approvals and activity history support safer use of automation.
  • Navigate with less effort. Better-organized navigation, clearer settings and usability and stability improvements.

Feature availability depends on your integrations, models, data and permissions.

Workflows — from an idea to a working process

Bring AI, company knowledge and ServiceDesk Plus actions together in one clear process. Plan the steps on a visual canvas and decide when the process should take another path or ask a person for a decision.

Design the way you think

Connect steps, define conditions and process lists of items. A workflow can read a ticket, find relevant knowledge, draft a response and send it for approval.

Connect the right tools

Give an agent access to selected ServiceDesk Plus actions, knowledge sources or external tools. Choose a model suited to the task while keeping access policies in place.

Run it on your terms

Start manually, on a schedule or in response to another system, depending on configuration. Keep important decisions with people: pause at an approval step and continue after an authorized decision.

Keep the canvas organized

Easier step creation and duplication, clearer connections and a one-click Arrange graph action. Your manually saved layout does not rearrange itself when you reopen the workflow.

Test, learn and improve

Test the full process or a selected part, inspect step results and understand failures. Browse execution history and return to saved revisions. Copying and administrative import/export help you reuse proven graphs.

A test is a real execution

It may call a model and perform actions in connected systems. Choose data and scope deliberately. When moving a workflow to another instance, connect that instance’s local models, integrations and permissions.

A new deployment with fewer manual steps

The All-in-One Windows installer guides you through the application, prerequisites and ServiceDesk Plus integration. It supports local and remote SDP setups and a Baseline runtime for environments without AVX2. Complete configuration in the WebUI Setup Wizard.

Important for administrators

  • Upgrading requires a restart and may apply migrations, depending on your previous version.
  • Use a signed package and MAIA-MAINTENANCE. Keep the backup until the release is accepted.
  • Check package links and platform availability on the downloads page. Release notes alone do not mean every artifact has been published.
The template library is still planned

A curated library of ready-made workflows is not an available feature in 1.1.0. Administrative import/export is not a public package installer.
